Recent
rains brought unexpected floods in Accra. People’s houses where filled to the
brim and vehicles were submerged as though the latest submarines in the
Atlantic oceans. When the floods begin, nothing can be done in the process than
to wait for all harm to be caused. Floods are unexpected before arrival and
unavoidable in the process. This is the same strategy of the enemy against
children of God; to come like a flood – unexpected and unavoidable.

GOD’S FIVE (5) WORDS AGAINST LUCIFER’S FIVE (5) “I WILL” STATEMENTS
Lucifer was once an angel
(precisely the anointed cherub that covers, Ezek. 28:14) described verily as
the son of the morning. He has become a profane thing because he fell in love
with his glory and beauty and wisdom; he eminently became proud and
self-centered. His prideful rebellion was demonstrated by five (5) “I will”
statements against God. The five statements that Lucifer made as recorded in
Isaiah 14:13-14 are;
1. I will
ascend into heaven
2. I will
exalt my throne above the stars of God

NAMES OF THE ENEMY (LUCIFER)
Christianity is a victorious life because every step is
demarcated for war, war which we have been given the power to win. The victory
of Christianity is not a one day affair but a continual mission of fighting and
overcoming the day-to-day war. Here is what the Bible says “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh” (2 Cor. 10:3). So as we live in the flesh as
humans we do not war as humans do. The war we are fighting is not one which
will require AK47 or a machete because it is not a physical battle (or a war of
flesh). It is a spiritual war. All the enemies we are fighting against are in
the spiritual (unseen wicked entities).
