REMEMBER LOT’S WIFE

“In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.” Luke 17:31-33 (KJV)

THE COMPROMISING CHARACTER

Naaman was a gentile, a Syrian army commander who sought healing for his skin disease-leprosy. With the help and knowledge of a little girl he adhered to, he went to Israel to see the prophet Elisha, and thanks be to Our Lord, he received healing instantly after executing the instructions and directions of the man of God. After this did Naaman make this statement which drew my attention to this character many Christians have come to adopt.

BEASTLY MEN

“…They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak against dignitaries, whereas angels, who are greater in power and might, do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord. But these, like NATURAL BRUTE BEASTS made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption.”
