HOW TO KNOW YOUR FAITH IS ACTIVE

FAITH REVOLUTION SERIES
PART 2 – HOW TO KNOW YOUR FAITH IS ACTIVE

A faith that is active is one that is fully pleasing to God. These show that your faith is active:

1.      You don’t worry about material things.
“Therefore take no thought, saying, what shall we eat? Or what shall we drink? Or, wherewithal shall we be clothed?”Matthew 6:31. Jesus taught the people that a worry for material things portrays you as a Gentile. For they seek such things. Jesus taught them that God knows what you need and would provide it for them as they seek Him and His kingdom.

CARNALLY MINDEDNESS

THE FALL OF CAIN
Part 2: TILLER OF THE GROUND
Lesson 1 - CARNALLY MINDEDNESS

In this part of the series, we will get to know some of the works which caused Cain to fall. God actually did not want Cain to fall from His glory but due to certain actions he (Cain) managed to backslide majestically. So the Lord said to Cain, "Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it."” (Gen. 4:6-7)

GOING THROUGH TRIALS?

Trials, the most dreaded word in the Christian walk. Yet it so important that I haven't come across words to emphasize its necessity.
The Bible says that the testing of our faith produces patience. Thus we are tried so that we can become patient children of God.
So I ask, why patience? The same Bible states clearly that when patience completes its work we’ll become both Perfect and Complete.
